Andy Market

Andy has been a part of The Kaizen Foundation of North Carolina since 2024 and has served as its Treasurer for the majority of that time. He recently retired from Wells Fargo following a 40-year career in banking, 37 of those years with Wells Fargo and its predecessor banks. He has enjoyed supporting the noble mission of Kaizen and looks forward to future involvement as the organization grows in its support of the community.

Erica Batts

Erica Batts brings more than 12 years of experience in mortgage lending, community development finance, and fair lending compliance. Her expertise includes mortgage originations, CRA-qualified lending, loan servicing, and expanding equitable access to homeownership. Erica is currently pursuing her Certified Mortgage Compliance Professional (CMCP) certification. She holds degrees in Business Administration from North Carolina A&T State University and Wake Technical Community College. Passionate about financial empowerment and community development, Erica proudly serves on the Board of Directors for The Kaizen Foundation of North Carolina
