Administrative Volunteer

Advisor Volunteer

Board Service
Provide strategic leadership, governance oversight, fundraising support, and mission stewardship to help guide TKFNC’s long-term growth and community impact. Board members serve as ambassadors, thought partners, and champions for financial empowerment across the communities we serve.

Event Volunteer
Our events bring people together to learn, connect, and create meaningful community impact. From financial literacy workshops and the Poverty Simulation to fundraising events and community outreach, every event is designed to educate, inspire, and advance our mission of financial empowerment.
Fanatics Engagement Volunteer
Support match day retail experiences through customer service, merchandise sales, transaction support, and inventory coordination. This opportunity helps generate resources that directly fund TKFNC’s community programs while representing Kaizen in a high-visibility partnership setting.
Internship Program
The Kaizen Foundation of NC Internship Program provides students and emerging professionals with meaningful, hands-on experience in nonprofit leadership, financial education, community engagement, and organizational development. Interns work alongside experienced professionals while building practical skills that prepare them for future careers.
Partnership Exploration
Meaningful change happens through collaboration. The Kaizen Foundation of NC partners with businesses, schools, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and community leaders to expand financial education and create lasting economic opportunities
Poverty Simulation
Help facilitate one of TKFNC’s most impactful community experiences by supporting setup, participant check-in, role assignments, and event logistics. Volunteers help create a meaningful learning environment that builds awareness and empathy around real-life financial barriers.The next bi-annual Poverty Simulation is planned for October 2027, and volunteers will play a critical role in its success.
